On February 27, 2014, the Seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China voted and adopted a resolution to designate September 3rd of each year as the Victory Day of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. Coincidentally, on September 3, 2014, with the corporate mission and dream of "creating a world-class national brand", Diheng was established in Shanghai. On September 3, 2024, on the occasion of Diheng's 10th anniversary and while a group of the company's branch offices were watching online, Wang Yangyang, the founder of Diheng, actually bowed and apologized to everyone.  

From the establishment of Diheng on September 3, 2014, to September 3, 2024, it has been exactly 10 years. Over these 10 years, earth-shaking changes have taken place in both the education industry and the engineering projection industry. Some foreign brands that were once popular in the market have either changed ownership, withdrawn from the Chinese market, or even gone out of business. The market has also experienced the chip shortage wave and the three-year period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The market environment has shrunk in stages, and so on. It is precisely in such a market environment that Diheng has achieved the following: Over the past decade, we have won numerous honors, too many to count.

In 2023, Diheng's global sales performance still increased by 34%. However, in the eyes of Wang Yangyang, despite such achievements that are far higher than the market development, it is a failure of his leadership as the founder. He said, "Over the past decade, although we have achieved some success, there are still many areas for improvement. We are fully aware of our great responsibilities and also know that the road ahead is full of challenges. Therefore, on behalf of the group, I would like to apologize to all those who have supported and trusted us, because we have not yet achieved the best. But please believe that with a more determined belief and a more innovative mindset, we will continue to move forward on the path of creating a world-class national brand. Ten years is too long; we must seize every moment. In the future, we will also strengthen cross-industry cooperation and let 'light and shadow +' create more application value for society."
