On the eve of the Spring Festival, while people were immersed in the festive atmosphere, Diheng's technical service engineers, burdened with the company's mission, traveled all the way to Singapore to install and debug projectors for a customer's immersive yoga studio. Although the project for the Singaporean customer is not large, it has a short construction period and high requirements, which is also a test of Diheng's international service capabilities.

Singapore, a modern city in Southeast Asia, although it shares many cultural similarities with China, has its own unique rules and requirements in terms of technical implementation and project management. Therefore, it has added no small amount of difficulty to the implementation of the project. Although we are full of confidence, the implementation of an international project also means that we will face many uncontrollable factors. At the beginning of the project implementation stage, we encountered a difficult problem. Due to the oversight of the international logistics company, one box of Diheng Hercules ceiling mounts was missing, which made the already tight construction schedule even worse.

Upon learning of this incident, Diheng's foreign trade manager quickly coordinated and reapplied for a box of ceiling mounts to be sent to the project site for the customer. However, it would take 7 to 8 working days for the international logistics to deliver. Since the installation project was imminent, the foreign trade manager of Diheng mobilized all available resources again and found a local distributor in Singapore to provide ceiling mounts of other brands for the customer. However, when the customer saw these ceiling mounts of other brands, he just turned around and left, saying, "Your Diheng Hercules ceiling mounts are of much better quality than these. They are products of completely different levels. I won't use these ceiling mounts."

Just when the members of the project team were at a loss, there came a turn for the better. The logistics company sent a message that the ceiling mounts that were missed in the first batch of delivery had been found. Although the packaging was badly crushed, the Diheng Hercules ceiling mounts were still intact. They could be delivered to the customer's project site on the same day, finally solving the urgent problem.

However, soon the technical service engineers of Diheng encountered another problem. Singapore has extremely strict control over noise, especially for project construction near business districts. If the construction noise is too loud during the day, it is very likely to cause complaints. The yoga studio project is located in the city center of Singapore, and there are many business districts around, which undoubtedly poses a great challenge to the installation work. In order to comply with local regulations, Diheng's technical service engineers actively communicated with the audio equipment supplier, the circuit construction team, the central control team, and the interior design team during the daytime to ensure that every detail could be properly handled. After 9 o'clock in the evening, when the construction officially started, he transformed into a highly skilled projector installation and debugging engineer, making sure that every step was carried out accurately.

Although such an arrangement greatly compressed the working time, Diheng's technical service engineer, relying on his excellent professional skills and professional qualities, managed to complete the installation work within the limited time. Sometimes, the customer even frequently urged him to get off work and take a rest. However, concerned about the project schedule and the perfection of the equipment installation, he always stayed alone at the project site until the early morning. He knew that he was an important link in Diheng's goal of "advancing service and expanding service overseas." He came to Singapore representing Diheng's service spirit.

In fact, when communicating with the Singaporean customer, Diheng's foreign trade manager introduced the intelligent models of Diheng's Mars series to the customer. This series of models allows for the control of projectors globally through a mobile phone APP. It is also the most suitable model for foreign customers.

However, the Singaporean customer inquired with his friends in the industry in Beijing and heard such a sentence: "For 7,000 lumens, choose Diheng." Then he put forward a request to Diheng's foreign trade manager. He wanted to increase the budget and upgrade the projection equipment to Diheng's ace product - the laser engineering projector in the 7,000-lumen range, so as to make the presentation of the project effect more perfect. As expected, the final effect won high praise from the customer and the on-site team.

After the project was completed, Diheng's excellent products and attentive services were highly praised by the customer. The Singaporean customer not only affectionately referred to Diheng's technical service engineer as the "Engine Boy", but also made the statement that "in his heart, Diheng is number one". This is undoubtedly the best compliment to Diheng and further serves as the best evidence of Diheng's dedication to advancing its services during its prime.
