On December 6, 2023, the brand-new six-story office building of Diheng Co., Ltd., including the corporate exhibition hall, was officially completed. This is the fourth time that Diheng has moved to a new location since its establishment! The previous three relocations have left a remarkable mark both on Diheng's business performance and in its history. They have even played an important role in promoting the development of the optical display industry... The brand-new office building of Diheng is still located in the No.1 Headquarters Park in Minhang District, Shanghai. The new headquarters building has a total of six floors, both upper and lower.

The first and second floors are the corporate exhibition halls. Whether it is Diheng's hardware products or the applications of optical display in multiple scenarios, everything can be seen at a glance in Diheng's new exhibition hall. The red persimmon tree that all the employees of Didong contributed to raise funds for and prayed for "going public soon", countless responsibility and honor trophies, the immersive cave space, and so on, all make this new exhibition hall, where the human touch and the sense of technology are intertwined, more dazzling. Many friends who are familiar with and care about Diheng have recently been asking, Diheng, in such a general environment, why are you going to so much trouble? Why, Diheng?

In 2008, a small company named Mowei Electronics was founded in an office on the Second South Zhongshan Road in Shanghai. It was a company that started by manufacturing video wall controllers. At that time, with its unique video wall control technology, Mowei Electronics collaborated with many so-called international brand projectors and provided services for numerous projects. These projects included the video wall projection exhibits in various pavilions of the World Expo. Objectively speaking, the profit margin of Mowei Electronics at that time was quite considerable.  

However, at the time when the profit margin was very high, the young entrepreneur founder, Wang Yangyang, made the decision to research and develop and establish a national brand of projectors. At this moment, both within the team and among market partners, people for the first time asked, "Isn't it great to make money with Mowei? Why go through all this trouble?" General Manager Wang's answer was: "It's indeed great to make money. But have you noticed that among all the numerous projects we have served, there isn't a single decent domestic brand of projectors. As a young Chinese person, it doesn't feel good, does it? There must be, and there should be a place for Chinese brands in the field of engineering laser projectors!" Thus, the corporate mission of "creating a world-class national brand" was born, and since then, there have been thorns all the way, as well as magnificent scenery all the way... With the continuous expansion of the business scale, in 2014, Mowei Electronics moved to South Hongmei Road in Minhang District, and Di Dong Industrial Co., Ltd. was officially established.  

It was also during this stage that the Diheng brand was born, and the first projector belonging to Diheng, the DM907, was incubated. At that time, in the global engineering projection market, it was an epoch-making product, a projector with truly built-in blending function. It was precisely with this DM907 featuring the unique built-in blending function that Diheng received positive feedback in the market. It also created considerable value for distributors and partners. The market generally recognized that Diheng projectors were the most suitable for blending applications.  

In 2020, Diheng moved again and had its first independent office building. With the ever-changing market situation, Diheng's products were accurately positioned in the mid-to-high-end laser projection track with built-in blending function. Diheng once again witnessed rapid development. Its business team expanded rapidly, and 14 branches and offices were successively established across the country. Here, Diheng Co., Ltd. held controlling stakes in several enterprises through means such as self-establishment and acquisition. Diheng officially entered the first echelon of engineering projector brands and has been rated as one of the "Top Ten Projection Brands" for several consecutive years.

However, Diheng started to "make a fuss" again. It began to continuously increase its investment in research and development and established a completely independent research and development center. Many internal partners of Diheng also asked: Diheng, why are you starting to make a fuss again? Diheng, why? At this time, Wang Yangyang, the Chairman of Di Dong and the founder of Diheng, was no longer the young man who was solely focused on making money at Mowei Electronics on the Second South Zhongshan Road. He is now leading Diheng to inject new energy into thousands of industries through "optical display". General Manager Wang believes that in the future, the opportunities for engineering projectors are by no means limited to the education market alone. There are broader application spaces that require resources, capital, enterprises, and people to explore. As a national brand, "Diheng Projection" has an even greater responsibility to break through the industry's ceiling and explore a larger industry extension at the application end. For the sake of this exploration and for the goal of "creating a world-class national brand", Diheng started to "make a fuss" again. However, while the dream is beautiful, the reality is rather harsh. During the three-year COVID-19 pandemic, Diheng suffered a direct economic loss of over eight figures. Even in such a situation, Diheng Projection still maintained high investment in research and development and high growth in performance. The success of multi-projector blending and built-in blending not only created value for partners and customers but also incidentally brought value to Diheng. Many people thought that Diheng would "settle down" in such a context and under such circumstances. But precisely at the end of 2023, when everyone was suggesting to "lie flat" and when others were focused on maintaining their businesses, Diheng started to "make a fuss" again. It invested a large amount of funds in building a brand-new office building and a multimedia exhibition hall.

Drawing on the successful experience of "stirring things up" time and time again, Diheng has once again embarked on continuous research and development in the direction of intelligent engineering projectors. This year, Diheng launched the BIC intelligent cloud brain system. With this system, users can operate the projector with just one click through an APP on their mobile phones. Functions such as blending and source material cutting are included. It enables large-screen blending and content playback without the need for a computer and a video wall controller. At the same time, it also has creative display functions such as windowing, banners, and masking.

The completion of Diheng's new building and new exhibition hall also marks the official launch of Diheng's second five-year plan.
