At the beginning of the New Year, in order to deeply study and implement the requirements of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the talent support for modernization construction put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to give full play to the important role of trade unions in promoting the reform of the industrial workforce construction in the new era, efforts are made to improve the skill quality and innovation ability of employees. In accordance with the requirements of the "Five-Year Action Plan (2023-2027) for Cultivating, Selecting and Establishing 'Hundreds, Thousands and Tens of Thousands of Innovative Employees' by the General Trade Union of Minhang District" (Document No. Min Gong Ban [2023] 14), in 2023, the General Trade Union of Minhang District closely focused on the "full life cycle service" for industrial employees and carried out the activity of cultivating, selecting and establishing "Minhang Technical Experts". Through the procedures of employee application, unit recommendation, review by the district-level trade unions, online evaluation by experts, political review by the public security department, on-site evaluation and defense, and discussion at the office meeting of the chairman of the General Trade Union of Minhang District, after deliberation and decision by the office meeting of the chairman of the General Trade Union of Minhang District, the "Minhang Technical Experts" were selected, and two engineers of Diheng, Huang Jian and Jiang Chengcheng, were among them.
