On the afternoon of March 12th, the People's Government of Pujiang Town, in conjunction with the College of Design and Innovation of Tongji University, held the brand launch event of "NICE CAMPING: The Next Generation of Camping" and established the first base in Pujiang Forest Park. The aim is to provide citizens with a brand-new camping experience and build it into an incubation platform for innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship of the next generation. Through the integration of science and art, it aims to attract outstanding talents from all walks of life.
Diheng China, together with the College of Design and Innovation of Tongji University and MANA, a global new media art platform, jointly created an immersive dome camping tent for this event. This made everyone's camping experience no longer dull. While camping, people could also feel the brand-new experience brought by the collision of technology and art. It became a major highlight of this event and received widespread attention and recognition.
Dean Su of the College of Design and Innovation at Tongji University introduced to the leaders of Pujiang Town, Minhang District, the immersive dome camping tent jointly created by Diheng Projection and the College of Design and Innovation at Tongji University. Such an immersive dome camping tent with a diameter of 6 meters can be realized by using just one Diheng Projection device with a brightness of 8,000 lumens.
Ms. Wang Xiaohui, a contemporary Chinese artist, visited and provided guidance on the immersive dome camping tent jointly created by Diheng Projection and the College of Design and Innovation at Tongji University, and gave it high praise.
Many next-generation camping scenes were also set up on site, including a red heart-shaped air membrane venue, various branded electric vehicles, RVs, and solar-powered tailgate tents, etc.
Subsequently, the innovative project launch conference brought the event to a climax. The theme of this conference was "Ai, Love for Humanity, Love for Nature". The event revolved around the brand-new next-generation camping lifestyle in the context of Ai (Artificial Intelligence). The homophone of "Ai" was used to bring out the grand concept of "love" for the harmonious coexistence between humanity and nature. It called on young people to go outdoors, socialize with each other, establish connections, let love surround people, and integrate technology into nature to promote the harmonious symbiosis of the three main entities.
At this conference, Ms. Wang Xiaohui explained on site the inspiration source and the creative journey of her representative sculpture work "LOVE" (also known as "The Kiss of Art").
There were many big names gathered on site. The conference integrating "production, learning and research" benefited everyone greatly.
