In this vibrant midsummer season, Diheng Co., Ltd. welcomed the 2024 mid-year meeting and the kick-off meeting for the company-wide marketing strategy in the second half of the year. This is not only a review and commendation of the hard work in the first half of the year, but also a planning and arrangement for the work in the second half of the year. The three-day meeting was filled with passion and hope every moment, witnessing the firm belief of Diheng's business elites to unite as one and create brilliance together.

Set Sail for a New Chapter and Draw the Blueprint Together The meeting officially began at 9 a.m. on July 4th. Through a series of detailed data and vivid cases, the district managers comprehensively reviewed the work achievements of the business department in the first half of the year, deeply analyzed the market changes and industry trends, and painted a clear development blueprint for everyone present.

The examination session in the afternoon was intense and competitive. The 80 questions covered all aspects of Diheng's products. It not only tested everyone's professional knowledge but also stimulated the spirit of competition and cooperation among the teams.

In the subsequent session titled "Outstanding Selling Points · Infinite Creativity", the new members of each group took turns to step onto the stage. They used PPT presentations to showcase their understanding and innovative expressions of the core selling points of the Neptune and Mars products. There was continuous applause at the scene, and the atmosphere reached its climax.  

Deepen Practice and Strengthen Skills On July 5th, the meeting continued in depth. In the morning, Diheng's sales elites gathered in the conference room on the sixth floor. Chairman Wang Yangyang and General Manager Zhang Yongsheng delivered speeches one after another. Their words were full of earnest expectations and encouragement for the business department, pointing out the direction for our progress. And the major awards for the first half of 2024 were presented. The awarded outstanding employees stepped onto the stage one after another to receive the awards and take group photos to mark the occasion.  

Subsequently, the work reports from departments such as the Marketing Department and the Product Department enabled us to have a clearer understanding of the company's overall operation status and future development plans.

Didong Group, Marching Forward Hand in Hand On July 6th, the quarterly award ceremony of the business of Didong Group was officially held. Leaders such as the Chairman of Didong Group and the general managers of its various affiliated companies delivered wonderful speeches.  

Subsequently, the award ceremony officially began. As the awards were announced one by one, thunderous applause filled the air. The award winners held their certificates of honor in their hands, with smiles of happiness and pride on their faces, because behind each name was the sweat and hard work put in over countless days and nights. Immediately afterwards, the awardees took turns to step onto the stage to deliver their acceptance speeches. They shared their work experiences, sales methods, as well as their growth and achievements within the big family of Didong. Every word they said revealed their gratitude towards the team and their boundless anticipation for the second half of the year.  

The afternoon meeting focused more on product planning and strategic deployment. Mr. Rao Xiaobo, the Deputy General Manager of Diheng, analyzed the overall product planning of Diheng in depth from a macro perspective, painting a grand blueprint for the future development of the products. At the same time, he also conducted a live demonstration of the newly released DU21K and 4K models.  

As Chairman Wang of Didong Group said, the people of Didong should always maintain a clear mind and a firm belief, and continuously carry forward the fine traditions of the people of Didong, such as working hard and being brave in innovation. With the belief that all the people of Didong work with one heart and one mind for common development, we will surely be able to step towards an even more glorious tomorrow.

Tomorrow, the business colleagues of Didong Group will return to the battlefield. I wish all the business elites of Didong Group the courage to achieve excellent results, attain even more glorious accomplishments, and successfully reach the numerical targets for 2024.
