Amidst the interweaving of the grandeur of nature and the allure of technology, a fusion of light, shadow, and nature has come into being within the mountain caves of Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park, a national 4A-level tourist scenic area. The light and shadow cave meticulously created by Diheng in collaboration with its partners not only brings tourists a dreamlike immersive experience but also poses a challenge to Diheng's commitment of "Service Forward in 2024" in terms of engineering and technology.
Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park attracts countless tourists with its beautiful natural scenery and rich ecological resources. However, in this pristine natural environment, how can modern technological elements be integrated to create a project that not only meets the requirements of ecological protection but also brings a brand-new experience to tourists? The light and shadow show in the cave has become the answer. By using laser engineering projectors, the art of light and shadow is integrated with the natural environment, creating a mysterious and dreamlike immersive cave space for tourists.
However, numerous difficulties were encountered during the implementation of the project. Firstly, the interior environment of the cave is dark and damp, imposing extremely high requirements on the performance and quality of the projectors. Secondly, the narrow and irregular space of the cave poses great difficulties for the installation and debugging of the projectors. In addition, due to the high humidity and low temperature inside the cave, severe challenges are also presented to the heat dissipation and dust prevention capabilities of the projectors.
The Diheng DU600ST is equipped with the latest generation of NICHA MCL laser light source. This light source features more stable quality, a smaller size, and higher energy efficiency. In normal projection mode, the lifespan of the light source can reach up to 20,000 hours, and in energy-saving mode, it can last up to 30,000 hours. The internal circulation closed cooling system, the built-in multi-layer dust filter screen, and the unique high-altitude mode can ensure stable operation in various complex environments (such as humid, dusty, high-altitude environments, etc.). At the same time, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the best presentation of the projection effect, adhering to the spirit of "service first", Diheng dispatched a technical team to cooperate with the agent. In the humid cave, they aligned the positions, set up the network, adjusted the fusion, modified the materials, and connected to the central control system. After a full five days of intense construction and debugging, the fantastical light and shadow cave was finally presented to the tourists.
The successful implementation of the Light and Shadow Cave project represents another breakthrough in technological innovation and engineering practice by Diheng in cooperation with its partners. It demonstrates that the application of projection technology in natural scenic areas has broad prospects and great potential. We look forward to seeing more wonderful light and shadow artworks blooming in cultural and tourism scenarios in the future!
